Nigerian striker Victor Osimhen made a triumphant return to the pitch, scoring in Galatasaray’s 3-0 victory over Antalyaspor in a Turkish Super Lig clash on Saturday.
Osimhen, who had been sidelined with injuries, returned to full training earlier this week and was eased back into the squad. Starting on the bench, the 25-year-old entered the game as a substitute for Mauro Icardi with just 12 minutes left on the clock.
The forward wasted no time making an impact, netting Galatasaray’s third goal to seal a comprehensive win. This marked Osimhen’s third goal in four league appearances for the Yellow and Reds, reaffirming his value to the team.
