Breaking: Bandits kidnap pregnant woman, 4 others

The residents of Garam, a community in Niger state, had their tranquility disrupted early Saturday morning when bandits struck, kidnapping a pregnant woman and four other individuals.

Sources revealed that the strategy of the gunmen not to alert security men in the area, was not to shoot any gun in the air.

A source who do not want to disclose his identity said,“We learnt that they came 3:00a.m. They kidnapped five people in kuding a pregnant woman alongside her child and husband.

“The forced their way into the building by forcing the door open. They came silently without shooting any gun like they used to do.”
