Rasheedat Ajibade, Super Falcons forward, has joined the bandwagon of Arsenal’s trolls, after the London club suffered a defeat in their English Premier League title chase with a 2-0 defeat against Aston Villa at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday.
Two late goals from Leon Bailey and Ollie Watkins sealed the win for the Top 4 chasing Aston Villa as the Gunners renounced control of the EPL title race, two points behind Manchester City with six matches to go.
Though puzzled by the fact that the Gunners were on the verge of losing another title to City after coming agonizingly close last season.
Ajibade, took to her X account after the game and suggested Mikel Arteta’s men need to visit the Mountain of Fire and Miracle Ministries for deliverance.
“Gunners, una need deliverance. Dem need to pack all of una go MFM prayer city for hot deliverance,” Ajibade wrote.
Some Arsenal fans also couldn’t agree less with the player who has been more famous with sharing the word of God on her social media handles lately.
Abu Azeez, former NPFL star and Super Sand Eagles legend, who is a staunch Arsenal fan replied, “o ga o, mummy G.O,” referring to Ajibade as general overseer.
Another fan John Zacchaeus wrote.“You can help us lead the squad to MFM because I don’t understand this jinx. Every time we are close to winning the EPL, then we begin to lose anyhow. I’m getting tired,”.
However, likes of Chukwuka Destiny an Arsenal fans defended the players, turning their attention to the second leg of the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals where they will face Bayern Munich.
“The boys were tired; I could see it in the way they played. All eyes on Bayern.”
Arsenal’s faces Wolves, Chelsea, Tottenham, Bournemouth, Manchester United and Everton of their last six matches in the EPL.
