Nasir El-rufai, the former Governor Kaduna State, has dismissed allegations of corruption leveled against him by the state house of assembly.
An ad hoc committee established by the state house of assembly had recommended an investigation into the administration of former Governor Nasir el-Rufai, covering the period from 2015 to 2023, with allegations including the misappropriation of public funds and money laundering.

He maintained that his administration acted in full compliance with the law and characterized the investigation as a politically motivated smear campaign.
He remains steadfast in his commitment to transparency and integrity, dismissing the allegations as a politically motivated attack. He appeals to discerning Nigerians to see through the smear campaign and recognize the efforts and achievements of his administration.
