A Federal High Court has ordered the removal of Emir Muhammadu Sanusi II from Kofar Kudu Palace.
The court sitting in Kano on Tuesday ordered the Police to ensure all rights and privileges due to the 15th Emir of Kano, Aminu Bayero be given to him.
The Presiding Judge, Justice S. A. Amobeda who gave the exparte order stated that the order is made in the interest of justice and maintaince of peace in Kano state.
The suit has been adjourned to 4th of June for hearing.
