Sajeh Yaga, a member of the Jamā’at Ahl as-Sunnah lid-Da’wah wa’l-Jihād mainly known as Boko Haram, has surrendered to the soldiers of Operation Hadin Kai in the North East of Borno state.
According to information received, on April 28, 2024, the terrorist who sneaked out of the terrorist hideout in Yale in the Sambisa forest turned himself in to the soldiers of the 112 Task Force Battalion in Mafa.
Intelligence sources told security analyst and counter insurgency expert, Zagaza Makama, that the terrorist surrendered with one Ak47 rifle, 4 Ak47 Magazines, six 7.62 MM special ammunitions and 3 techno mobile phones, among other items.
It is currently reported that the turned-in suspect is being held by the military for appropriate profiling.
