A group of protesters gathered on Thursday at Ikeja, Lagos, to demand an end to bad governance in Nigeria.
The protesters, carrying placards and banners, were seen chanting slogans and calling for accountability from the government.
The protest, which was peaceful, was closely monitored by armed security officers who were present to ensure that the demonstration remained violence-free.
The protesters’ demands included improved governance, an end to corruption, and better living conditions for Nigerians.
