The Federal Government has supplied 20 truckloads of rice to the state governors and the FCT administration for distribution to Nigerians.
Speaking to reporters at the State House following the Federal Executive Council meeting on Monday, Minister of Information and National Orientation, Mohammed Idris, explained that the donated rice is intended for the most vulnerable segments of the Nigerian population.
He also emphasized the Tinubu administration’s commitment to ensuring that every Nigerian household has a reliable source of food.
