Atiku Abubakar, the PDP’s presidential candidate in the 2023 election, has met with former President Muhammadu Buhari at his Daura residence on Saturday ahead of 2027.
The meeting with former President Muhammadu Buhari in Daura was reportedly part of a broader effort by Atiku Abubakar to engage with former Nigerian leaders, following recent meetings with former Military President Ibrahim Babangida and former Head of State Abdulsalami Abubakar in Minna, Niger State.
Atiku Abubakar was reportedly joined on the visit by a team of PDP leaders, including Senator Aminu Tambuwal, the former Governor of Sokoto State, and several other party stakeholders.
